About the Author
Jeffrey Greene is Professor of Political Science at the University of Montana. His research areas are public policy, public finance, state and local politics, and a variety of areas in public administration. He is author of a variety of articles, many dealing with public policy and privatization. He is the author of CITIES AND PRIVATIZATION: PROSPECTS FOR THE NEW CENTURY (2002). Professor Greene is a native of North Carolina and received his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina. His current research project is a public policy book titled THE POLITICS OF VICE.
