About the Author
Philippe Bourseiller, five-time winner of the prestigious World Press Prize, travels the earth photographing wild and unexplored places. Fascinated by the extreme, he has crisscrossed the world for some 15 years to bring back to us his fabulous photographic reportage. Widely acknowledged for his mastery of light, color, and composition, he contributes regularly to magazines such as National Geographic, Géo, Der Stern, and Life.
