About the Author
KATHARINA BLAAS-PRATSCHER, geboren 1954. Studium der Romanistik und Kunstgeschichte an der Universität Wien. 1984–1986 Mitarbeit in der Galerie Nächst St.Stephan, Wien. 1986/87 Museum Moderner Kunst, Wien. 1986–1989 tätig im Ausstellungsbereich. Seit 1989 zuständig für den Bereich Kunst im öffentlichen Raum in der Abteilung Kultur und Wissenschaft der Niederösterreichischen Landesregierung.
