About the Author
Karen S. Oberhauser is an Assistant Professor and Michelle J. Solensky a Research Associate in the Department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation at the University of Minnesota, where they study monarch biology. They also use monarchs to involve the broader community in science research through the Monarch Larva Monitoring Project and Monarchs in the Classroom.
