About the Author
Susan Q. Stranahan has covered national and regional environmental issues, as well as the courts and business since joining The Inquirer in 1972. She was part of The Inquirer team that won the Pulitzer Prize for reporting on the 1979 Three Mile Island nuclear accident. She is a graduate of the College of Wooster.

Larry King has been a reporter for The Inquirer for 11 years. He has written extensively about the courts. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
