About the Author
Dietmar, born in 1966 in Germany, is a portrait, fashion and fine art photographer working in New York City. His editorial work has appeared in The New York Times, The New Yorker, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and W, among others. A permanent installation of his work can be seen at the Astor Hotel in Miami, and a rotating exhibition of his work can be seen a Claank Design in New York. Dietmar has shown at Ralph Pucci Gallery, also in New York, and is currently working on his second solo exhibition to coincide with a major window display and supporting events at all Saks Fifth Avenue stores nationwide in the Spring of 2003, in conjunction with The New York Botanical Garden. Dietmar lives in Brooklyn.
